As a member of any of our clubs, you’ll enjoy 4 annual shipments of your favorite wines (March, June, September, December), the option to customize your selections, invitations to parties and special events, and first access to new releases and member exclusive wines.

To receive wine club benefits, you must purchase the most recent shipment. After that, you will receive shipments as part of the regular club schedule.
How much does it cost to join?
There is no cost to join.
When do membership benefits begin?
Full benefits can be enjoyed the same day you join!
Will I be notified of upcoming club shipments?
Approximately two weeks prior to your billing, you will receive an email with your current selections, expected shipping date, and total cost information. After billing, you will see a charge on your statement from Hill Country Wineworks.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Ground shipping is provided at current market rates, which can vary. The customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.
Where is it best to ship my wines?
Since state laws require someone 21 years of age or older to sign for the delivery, it is often preferable to ship to a business address. Should your wine be returned to us, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs.
Can I pick up my club shipment at the winery?
Of course! When joining, select the option for “I prefer to pick up my club shipment”. If your shipment is normally shipped to you, but you plan to be in town and want to pick it up, please let us know during the online customization period.
Can I customize my club shipment?
You bet! Approximately two weeks prior to your billing, you will be sent a link to view your current selections online. During the customization period, you will be able to add more wines or swap out wines to ensure that you get the ones you want.
Can I send guests to the winery?
Members must be present for family and friends to enjoy their wine club benefits.
If I give a wine club membership as a gift, am I a member too?
The membership is exclusive to the gift recipient, but we would love for you to join too!
How do I cancel my membership?
Although we would love for you to stay, you can cancel your membership by logging in to your account. You must accept at least 4 shipments before canceling your membership. If you cancel before four shipments are received, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.

We are able to ship directly to the following states:
